Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Stack OR Java.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI
• Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Frontend development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS with frameworks like Angular/React/Vue and Bootstrap
• Experience with AI development (agents) and various AI tools (Claude, CodeX, OpenClaude)
• Familiarity with multi-system integrations and enterprise integration challenges
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver technical solutions that meet client needs
• Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to audiences
• Leverage internal programs and self-directed training to stay up-to-date
• Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns
• Communicate effectively with team members of varying technical levels
• Provide technical mentoring
