Job summary

Mazda Motor Corporation in the United States seeks a District Service Manager to lead dealer service operations in the assigned territory. You will coach dealers to improve customer experience, drive service revenue and profit, and strengthen loyalty in line with Mazda BVM philosophies.

You will collaborate with dealer principals and Mazda colleagues to develop action plans, review performance data, and implement best practices to boost service retention and overall dealer profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in business or related field; work experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience; leadership experience 3+ years.
• Strong communication and business acumen for dealer operations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Mazda dealers and colleagues to improve service and profitability.
• Develop and execute action plans to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Analyze profitability and performance; identify gaps and implement best practices.
• Review reports and trends to guide dealer support and resources.
