Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline; equivalent work experience accepted.
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience with a proven track record, with 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; wholesale automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to manage multiple projects and develop dealer action plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to advance dealer service and parts operations.
• Assist in execution of action plans to improve customer experience, service retention, and dealer profitability.
• Perform profitability analysis and provide consultation to help dealers drive revenue and control costs.
• Review reports and trends to identify gaps and recommend best practices.
• Review available reports during dealer visits and ensure documentation using Dealer Business Contact System.
