Key duties include building dealer relationships, executing action plans to improve service, conducting profitability reviews, and recommending best practices. Travel to dealers is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, automotive tech, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years experience; leadership role 3+ years.
• Strong planning, organization, and multi-project management abilities.
• Solid communication skills and relationship-building with dealers and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve service operations and profitability.
• Lead action plans to enhance customer experience, service retention and dealer profitability.
• Perform profitability analyses and recommendations to drive revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Review reports and trends to identify gaps and implement best practices.
