Assurant in Crewe, Cheshire seeks a Customer Service Advisor to join our contact centre. This full‑time role is 40 hours per week with a rota across weekdays and weekends. On-site training is provided, after which remote working is possible, and weekend shifts are included.

You will support millions of customers and help protect their devices, delivering friendly, effective service and problem resolution. Training and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation.
• Experience working in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Support some of our 8 million+ customers and represent major brands in telecoms and finance.
• Help customers protect what matters most by resolving issues when phones or gadgets are lost, stolen or damaged.
