Job Overview

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED; customer service experience in call center, insurance, or banking; strong communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills; ability to multitask using technology in a fast‑paced environment; reliable high‑speed internet (25Mbps down / 6Mbps up); quiet, distraction‑free home office setup.
• Preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience; prior remote work experience.

Work Environment

Full‑time, 40hours per week. Shift schedules vary and may include weekends and holidays. Minimum availability through 9PM EST. Periodic shift bids determine schedules based on business needs.
