Job summary

Simple Online Healthcare is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for remote, full-time work. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat, and you will liaise with GP practices to request prescriptions and resolve queries.

The role includes administrative duties such as scheduling clinicians, QA tasks, and developing content for our knowledge centre. Zendesk experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email and chat.
• Ability to liaise with GP practices and resolve prescription queries.
• Comfortable with admin tasks and content creation for a knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and live chat.
• Liaise with GP practices to request prescriptions and answer queries.
• Handle admin tasks including scheduling clinicians, QA, and knowledge base content.
• Work in a small team with opportunities for career growth and development.
