Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks an Enterprise Resource Manager CAPPS HCM (Manager VII) to lead the ERP for CAPPS HCM, built on Oracle PeopleSoft. You will oversee the IT oversight team, drive maintenance and improvements, and coordinate with vendors and business partners at all levels.

Your responsibilities include managing data requests, security reviews, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with laws and agency policies.
