Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks an experienced ERP Developer to support a critical migration project. The role focuses on analyzing legacy systems, reverse-engineering business logic, and delivering standard PeopleSoft development with strong .NET and Oracle skills.

Responsibilities include reviewing and modifying ERP programming, ensuring seamless integration, and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

8+ years of ERP/PeopleSoft development experience.
Development with PeopleTools 8 and 8.59+.
Advanced Oracle database experience.
Ability to read .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures.
Experience migrating data from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.
Experience with Jira for agile project tracking.
Experience with Scrum framework in public sector projects.
Experience in working with CPA CAPPS Financials is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and modify programming systems to support ERP applications, including encoding, testing, and debugging.
Ensure software can be integrated into the ERP system and coordinate software integration.
Maintain technical documentation for the ERP environment.
Analyze legacy systems and reverse-engineer business logic for migration to PeopleSoft.
Perform standard SDLC tasks and other project activities as needed.
Occasional off-hours work depending on project phase.
