Job summary

CPA’s statewide CAPPS program seeks a senior consultant to provide expert functional support for the Accounts Payable module within the CAPPS Financials stack. You will coordinate AP configurations, vendor management, voucher processing, and integrations with GL, Purchasing, and Asset Management while ensuring security, compliance, and timely reporting.

The role requires deep knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and ITIL-aligned service delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the CAPPS Accounts Payable module and its integration with other CAPPS components.
• Experience with CAPPS Financials on PeopleSoft FSCM v9.2 and related tools (SQR, BI Publisher).
• Strong background in batch processing, security, and multi-tenancy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional consultative services for CAPPS AP module.
• Configure AP setup, vendor management, voucher processing, and approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on integrations with GL, Purchasing, Asset Management, and other CAPPS modules.
• Manage AP batch jobs, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Deliver training and user support, plus reporting and analytics.
