Mindfore Technologies is looking for a CAPPS Financials Reports Analyst located in Austin, TX. This position requires a strong background in Texas public sector experience and reporting support for PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2.

Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of state policies, financial relationship diagrams, and experience with UAT and regression testing of reports. This role is critical to the support and expansion of CAPPS functionalities across various agencies.

Formación

• 8+ years of extensive Texas public sector experience working directly or supporting state government agencies.
• 8+ years of reporting support experience for PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2.
• 8+ years of knowledge and understanding of applicable State of Texas policy.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.
• Design, execute, and document structured UAT and regression testing for reporting impacts.
• Analyze PeopleSoft FSCM data structures for complex statewide reporting.

Job Title: CAPPS Financials Reports Analyst

Location: Austin, TX Remote

Job Description

• 8 Required Extensive Texas public sector experience, directly working for or supporting a Texas state government agency
• 8 Required Extensive experience in reporting support for the financial modules in PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2
• 8 Required Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policy.
• 8 Required Extensive knowledge of Financials Table Entity Relationship Diagrams.
• 8 Required Experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.
• 8 Required Experience designing, executing, and documenting structured UAT and regression testing for reporting impacts during upgrades, PUM cycles, or patch deployments.
• 8 Required Experience in interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows, while consistently holding vendors accountable to contractual requirements
• 8 Required Extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data quality, and SDLC processes and methodologies
• 8 Required Experience developing or supporting cross module reports that incorporate data from GL, AP, PO, AM, IN, T&E, PC, or related modules.
• 8 Required Extensive experience analyzing PeopleSoft FSCM data structures, including effective dating rules, table relationships, and multi row logic, to support complex statewide reporting requirements.
• 8 Required Experience writing CAPPS Complex reports using SAP Business Objects.
• 3 Required Experience with CAPPS Central production and expansion functional support activities for more than 100 agencies and 5 Hub instances.
• 3 Required Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library principles and practices for IT activities such as IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) that focus on aligning IT services with the needs of the business
• 4 Preferred CPA experience participating in Fiscal Year-End processes specific to reorganizational changes and legislative mandates for CAPPS
• 4 Preferred CPA experience performing customer-facing responsibilities in support of the CAPPS expansion efforts for Central and Hub agencies
