Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of CAPPS Financials and PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Experience with CAPPS Travel & Expense module.
• Strong ability to configure travel, expense types and workflow.
• Experience with security and multi-tenancy requirements for state ERP.
• Familiarity with ITIL, incident management and service desk concepts.
• Ability to coordinate with large networks of agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level consultative services for CAPPS functionality.
• Lead configuration for Travel & Expense, including workflows and approvals.
• Manage batch jobs, scheduling, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with AP and GL modules for data integrity and reporting.
• Produce and validate reporting and analytics; support UAT and deployments.
• Deliver training and user support; ensure WCAG accessibility compliance.
