Job summary

LMG Technology Services LLC in the United States seeks a senior CAPPS specialist to support the CAPPS Financials suite (FSCM 9.2) with Travel & Expense (T&E) expertise, reporting, and integrations across modules.

You will lead configuration, testing, training, release management, and 2nd‑line desk support, coordinate with agencies and a MSP, ensure security and multi‑tenancy, and uphold ITIL practices throughout the CPA CAPPS program.

Qualifications

• 10 years: Extensive knowledge of State of Texas policies.
• 10 years: Experience with App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects.
• 10 years: Experience in configuring CAPPS Travel & Expense module.
• 8 years: Experience with batch jobs (Run My Jobs) and security for a statewide ERP.
• 8 years: Texas public sector experience and cross-agency collaboration.
• 6 years: ITIL principles and SAC/ITAM alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly advanced consultative work for CAPPS program and T&E module.
• Coordinate Travel & Expense module setup: destinations, per diems, rates, approvals.
• Perform configuration, testing, and UAT coordination; manage integrations.
• Monitor CAPPS batch jobs; ensure performance, scheduling, and failures.
• Provide Level 2 service desk support and documentation with MSP coordination.
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance and security best practices.
