Texas Health and Human Services Commission seeks a seasoned Information Technology BA IV to provide senior-level analysis, development, and support for CAPPS Financials and related systems in the CFO area. You will analyze, design, test, and implement financial automation, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong business analysis, system design, and project leadership, with eligibility for telework and a focus on delivering compliant, efficient financial solutions

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in computer information systems, management information systems, business management, or a related field.
• Four years progressively responsible experience in technical systems analysis and work on complex financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot CAPPS Financials functionality and related financial systems.
• Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
• Lead and coordinate project work sessions and manage scope, schedule, and testing.
