Job summary

CPA is seeking a senior CAPPS specialist to support the CAPPS program’s AR/Financials stack, including AR, Cash Receipts, and related modules. You will work across agencies, manage interface and reporting needs, and coordinate with a Managed Services vendor for Tier 3 support.

The role requires extensive PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 experience, ITIL practices, and strong problem-solving skills. Remote work across the United States is supported with a focus on Texas public sector standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years providing system configuration changes for CAPPS/PeopleSoft FSCM.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly advanced (senior) consultative services to support the CAPPS program.
• Lead AR and Cash Receipts module configuration, testing, and production support.
• Coordinate with multiple agencies and vendors to ensure compliance and timely releases.
• Manage CAPPS batch jobs: scheduling, monitoring, failures, and output validation.
• Provide Level 2 support and training for agency personnel; ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance.
• Deliver functional designs, FDD reviews, and ITIL-aligned incident management.
