Job summary

Pathward is hiring a Manager, Case Operations to lead SAM investigations, enhance due diligence, and ensure BSA/AML regulatory compliance. You will oversee case workflows, SLA adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Technology, and Data Analytics to strengthen the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CAMS certification preferred.
• Solid experience in BSA/AML operations and SAM programs.
• Experience leading or supervising analysts.
• Working knowledge of Actimise, FCRM, and enterprise transaction monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SAM case investigations, enhanced due diligence, and escalation activities.
• Manage case investigations from transaction monitoring systems and manual referrals.
• Oversee SLAs, queue management, and investigation quality.
• Coordinate with Alerts, SAR Filing, Compliance, Tech, Data Analytics, and Assurance teams.
• Develop and maintain BSA/AML policies, procedures, and controls for the case function.
• Support customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity identification.
• Contribute to risk assessments across products, services, customers, and geographies.
