Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Manager for BSA/AML Operations – Cases to lead SAM investigations, ED formalities, and escalation processes. You will supervise analysts, ensure quality documentation, and drive regulatory compliance within the BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations team.

You will partner with analytics, technology, and program management to tune rules, monitor performance, and maintain a strong control environment. A bachelor’s degree and CAMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in BSA/AML operations or financial crimes investigations is preferred.
• Leadership or supervision experience over analysts is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of SAM case investigations, enhanced due diligence, and escalation activities.
• Oversee case investigations from transaction monitoring systems and manual referrals.
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and timely SAR referrals; monitor queues and staffing capacity.
• Collaborate with FCC Program Management, Data Analytics, and Technology to tune rules and improve case quality.
