Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking a Manager, Case Operations to lead SAM investigations and supervise analysts within the BSA/AML Operations team. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain control frameworks, and drive timely SAR/CTR activity and escalations.

You will work with Compliance, Data Analytics, and Technology to tune rules and improve processes, while reporting KPIs to management. Hybrid remote-office environment with onsite locations in multiple US cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CAMS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Solid experience in BSA/AML operations and financial crimes investigations.
• Proven experience leading or supervising analysts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAM case investigations, due diligence, and escalation activities.
• Manage investigations from transaction monitoring and manual referrals.
• Maintain SLA-driven performance and quality across investigations.
• Lead and develop analysts, providing coaching and feedback.
• Prepare KRIs/KPIs and reports for management and board.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Data Analytics and Assurance teams.
