Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Manager, Case Operations to lead the SAM case investigations and oversee the BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations function. You will supervise analysts, manage case volumes, and ensure regulatory compliance and timely SAR/CTR activity.

You will partner with Compliance, Technology, Data Analytics, and other teams to tune rules, improve processes, and maintain governance while supporting the enterprise risk management program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CAMS preferred.
• Solid experience in BSA/AML operations and investigations.
• Experience supervising analysts.
• Working knowledge of Actimize and enterprise transaction monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SAM case investigations and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
• Oversee investigations from transaction monitoring and manual referrals.
• Manage case queues, SLAs, and ensure timely SAR referrals and CTRs.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Data Analytics and Assurance functions.
• Develop and maintain BSA/AML policies, procedures and controls for the case function.
• Support risk assessments and remediation actions within enterprise risk management.
