Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines to lead operations at the assigned IOA branch. The role includes directing daily activities, implementing strategic plans, and overseeing staff development and customer service.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license with 2+ years of supervisory experience, plus strong communication and leadership abilities. Travel to SC offices is required with some remote work as specified by policy.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• 2+ years of supervisor/management experience.
• CISR or CIC designation preferred.
• Outstanding communication, people management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities and workflow of the branch team.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting.
• Understand and manage the annual budget.
• Communicate leadership vision for the branch.
• Build and manage a qualified operations team.
• Participate in recruitment and evaluate merger/acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
