The role combines oversight of performance, budgeting, and service delivery with hands-on Account Manager duties for an assigned book of business. This position is remote with periodic travel to Charleston and Columbia offices, requires a current P&C license, and favors CISR or CIC certification.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 5+ years in commercial insurance with broad knowledge.
• 2+ years of supervision/management experience.
• CISR or CIC designation preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch operations and manage the operations team.
• Drive strategic plans and manage the annual budget.
• Oversee branch P&L and cost controls.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as Account Manager for an assigned book of business.
