Insurance Office of America seeks a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines to lead branch operations, drive strategic plans, and oversee budgeting and performance while handling a portion of the book of business.

Hybrid role with 1 day in-office at select IOA locations; requires a current P&C license, strong leadership, and excellent communication to partner with regional leaders and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Active property & casualty licensing.
• Exceptional Account Management skills, spending 50% of time managing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and team.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans.
• Manage branch P&L, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Budget management and annual planning oversight.
• Communicate leadership vision for the branch.
• Develop and retain staff through coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Handle key customer relationships and account management.
