Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines to lead daily branch operations and partner with sales leadership. This hybrid role requires hands-on oversight of budgets, staff development, QA, and policy enforcement while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in insurance with a P&C license and demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and account management skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Active property & casualty licensing is required.
5+ years in insurance industry with leadership experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead branch operations and manage the operations team.
Implement strategic and tactical plans; manage budgets and P&L.
Oversee HR processes, policy compliance, and QA.
Participate in producer/agency acquisition and integration.
Serve as Account Manager for an assigned book of business.
Monitor performance data and drive process improvements.
Promote IOA culture and engage with leadership and staff.
Ensure quality service and achievement of financial goals.
