• Direct management of Account Team staff, assign tasks and manage workflows.
• Monitor and improve staff performance, scheduling and HR processes.
• Ensure policy, procedure compliance and core values.
• Coach and develop personnel and promote IOA culture.
• Analyze performance data and drive process improvements.
