Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for Commercial Lines to lead the branch operations, manage the team, and drive strategic initiatives across budgeting, policy implementation, and service quality.

The role includes account management for an assigned book of business, collaboration with regional leadership, and ongoing leadership development to promote IOA values. Some travel to SC offices is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of management / supervision experience.
• Active P&C license required.
• CISR or CIC designation preferred.
• Strong communication, people management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and workflow of the branch team.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans.
• Manage branch P&L, costs, and financial goals.
• Understand and manage the annual budget.
• Communicate leadership vision for the branch.
• Build and manage a qualified operations team.
• Participate in recruitment and evaluate merger/acquisition opportunities.
• Oversee HR processes and policy compliance.
• Establish and monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Encourage personnel growth and leadership development.
• Develop future branch operations leaders.
