Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, is seeking a Sales Account Executive for the greater Houston area. You will build relationships with clients and partners, develop strategies to grow revenue, and collaborate with teams to deliver complex technology solutions.

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a track record in technical sales are essential. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $250,000 annually, with a 50/50 base and bonus split, plus benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, MBA, or master’s degree preferred.
• 1-5+ years of technical sales experience with a documented successful track record in selling high-end technical solutions.
• Professional training and certifications in sales and partner management, complex sales training, sales methodologies, negotiation, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Develop a strategy to increase revenue by expanding their purchasing spend into new products and services.
• Collaborate with other Insight team members to develop complex solutions.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales pipeline management.
