Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks an Electrical Construction Quality Engineer (QA/QC). This remote role with up to 75% travel focuses on ensuring electrical construction complies with designs, specs, and codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical construction/QAQA.
7+ years in quality control/assurance for electrical construction.
Experience with electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and energization.
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead quality control activities for EPC construction projects.
Develop and maintain Quality Management Plans and inspection records.
Conduct field inspections, audits, and reviews to identify defects.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and commissioning plans for quality compliance.
Manage third‑party testing/inspection providers and resolutions.
