Zusammenfassung

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) to lead cradle-to-grave execution of high-voltage transmission projects in a remote role with flexibility across California and other U.S. locations.

You will oversee technical and commercial aspects of projects in the Power & Energy PMO, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while building strong client relationships and guiding project teams through proposal, startup, execution, and closeout phases.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of post-education project management experience
• 3+ years of EHV transmission level voltage project experience (115kV–500kV)
• Cradle-to-grave EPC project management experience for transmission level voltage
• Experience with DBB, EPC, or PDB delivery models
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and business acumen
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to lead diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and communicate with management and disciplines throughout the project life cycle to support cost and schedule objectives
• Lead the development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management and control
• Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients and leadership, addressing scope, risk, and budget issues
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
• Adhere to QA/QC processes and safety standards
• Develop new processes to standardize procedures
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs
