Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead engineering projects across Substation, Transmission and Distribution within a dynamic, regulated energy landscape. You will oversee scope, cost, schedule, and risk while guiding multidisciplinary teams toward on-time, on-budget delivery.

Based in the US with hybrid work options, you will travel for in-person client meetings and collaborate with executives, engineers, and vendors to ensure quality outcomes and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; PMP preferred.
10+ years in project management within Power Delivery/Utility industry.
Experience leading EPC projects for high/extra-high voltage utilities.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and budgets.
Proven track record in cost, schedule, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution for EPC Substation, Transmission, and Distribution projects across the US.
Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and external vendors.
Lead client discussions and develop/grow client relationships.
Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance across projects.
Provide governance updates, risk management, and reporting to stakeholders.
