Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Project Manager for its Power Delivery Project Management Team to lead large-scale HV/EHV projects across the United States. The role emphasizes technical leadership, program governance, and client stewardship, with an EPC delivery focus.

You will guide project controls, schedule, cost, and risk management while mentoring engineers and supporting Go/No-Go decisions. This position offers hybrid work and requires travel to client and office sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field; PMP will be considered.
• 12+ years of progressive post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility industry.
• Minimum of 3 years leading engineering/construction teams for medium to large utility projects.
• Minimum of 2 years managing EPC delivery projects; strong PM processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for HV/EHV projects across the US.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies with clients and internal teams.
• Lead pursuit, initiation, and project startup activities; support Go/No-Go decisions.
• Lead contract considerations, rate schedules, and client presentations.
• Coordinate internal risk reviews and QA/QC across projects.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and staff to align with delivery standards.
• Ensure governance for project management systems and documentation.
