Job summary

WSP Global Inc. seeks an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) to lead cradle-to-grave transmission projects from development through closeout. This remote role is supported by a PMO within the Power & Energy program, with locations including Portland, OR and other major US cities.

The incumbent will manage scope, cost, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple projects. The position requires 10+ years in project management, specific EHV transmission experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of post-education project management experience.
• 3+ years of EHV transmission project experience (115kV–500kV).
• Cradle-to-grave EPC project management experience for transmission voltage.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes and delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and PM tools (Project, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and leadership across levels.
• Ability to work independently and guide mid/senior team members with QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management and disciplines across the project life cycle to meet cost and schedule objectives.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management.
• Provide regular project reporting and mitigation strategies to clients and leadership.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure clear, ongoing communication.
• Adhere to proven processes and develop new procedures to standardize work.
• Ensure safety standards and responsible decision-making regarding company resources.
