Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) to lead cradle-to-grave transmission projects remotely, with work across Portland, OR and other U.S. locations including CA, WA, ID, MT, and AZ.

You will manage technical, commercial, and safety facets, coordinate with clients and teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. This role requires 10+ years in project management for EHV transmission and cradle-to-grave EPC background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of post-education project management experience in the industry.
• 3+ years of EHV transmission project experience (115kV–500kV).
• Experience cradle-to-grave EPC management for transmission projects.
• Strong delivery process understanding and diverse delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave execution of high-voltage EPC projects from development to closeout.
• Coordinate with management, clients, and disciplines to meet cost/schedule objectives.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, scopes, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and change management.
• Provide regular client reporting and mitigation of scope/risk issues.
• Represent WSP as the client-facing project lead and maintain strong relationships.
