Job summary

WSP is seeking an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) - Remote for the Power & Energy Program Management Office in Portland, OR, with consideration for Phoenix, AZ and other West Coast locations. You will oversee cradle-to-grave delivery of high-voltage transmission EPC projects, from development and design through construction, energization, and closeout.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining client relationships while upholding

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-education project management experience in power delivery or EPC.
• 3+ years of EHV transmission experience (115kV–500kV).
• Cradle-to-grave EPC project management experience for transmission.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave EPC projects from development through closeout.
• Coordinate with management and disciplines to meet cost and schedule goals.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, scope, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and change control.
• Provide client updates and mitigate scope/risk/budget issues.
• Ensure safety and QA/QC compliance across projects.
