WSP Global Inc. is seeking an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) for a remote role based in Portland, OR, with consideration for other US locations.

You will oversee cradle-to-grave EPC projects from development through closeout and manage technical, commercial, and administrative aspects to ensure safety, quality, and profitability. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of post-education project management experience.
• 3+ years of EHV transmission (115kV–500kV) project experience.
• Cradle-to-grave EPC project management experience for transmission level voltage.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, with multiple delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools; ability to write technically.
• Ability to coordinate with senior management, subcontractors, and staff across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave execution of high-voltage transmission EPC projects.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management.
• Develop project proposals, cost estimates, scope, and resource plans.
• Provide regular client reporting and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive satisfaction.
