Ezderm, a healthcare technology company, is seeking an EHR Training & Implementation Specialist to onboard and train dermatology practices on Ezderm's EHR and Practice Management platform, including patient portal and third-party integrations.

You will deliver role-specific training, provide responsive support, gather feedback for product teams, and contribute to knowledge base resources. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare provider operations, practice management, or the EHR/health IT industry required.
• Prior experience in a dermatology practice or with an EHR software company strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging, role-specific training for new and existing clients across Ezderm's EHR, Practice Management, Patient Portal, and third-party integrations.
• Provide responsive, high-quality support via phone, email, and online community; diagnose and resolve issues, escalate when needed.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Ezderm features and workflows; share feedback with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap decisions.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and tutorial videos; engage in the Ezderm community.
