Job summary

You will work with curriculum designers to ensure current workflows are reflected in materials and provide post-training follow-up to reinforce adoption and competency, with a focus on accuracy and learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years of experience in related field.
• Epic certification required.
• Experience with EHR training and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Delivers EHR training to clinicians, residents, students, and staff in classroom, virtual, and one-on-one settings.
• Applies adult learning principles and instructional best practices to optimize user understanding and retention.
• Assists end users during go-live events, providing hands-on support for system adoption.
• Collaborates with curriculum designers to review, update, and validate training materials and learning dashboards.
• Prepares classrooms and virtual platforms, including training environments, documentation, and assessments.
• Conducts user proficiency assessments and tracks completion metrics.
• Provides feedback on training effectiveness and recommends curriculum updates.
• Documents attendance, completion, and assessment data in the learning management system.
