Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking an IT Instructional Designer Senior to lead enterprise-wide training for the LLEAP EHR and other systems. You will plan curricula, build and maintain training environments, and mentor other designers while aligning education initiatives with needs assessments.

Responsibilities include analyzing feedback for quality improvements, coordinating credentialed trainer programs, and guiding workflow design to deepen system understanding and improve patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Communications, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years of experience in curriculum development, training, healthcare, information technology, or a related field are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide training and education programs for Loma Linda University Health Systems entities and users of the LLEAP (Epic) EHR and other enterprise systems.
• Plan and develop curricula; manage training environments and mentor other Instructional Designers; oversee trainer programs.
