Job summary

OU Health seeks an Epic Trainer II to lead the Epic EHR training program for clinicians and staff across multiple sites. The role partners with the training team, application coordinators, and application managers to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials and curricula that drive adoption and proficient use of Epic.

Deliver engaging sessions, credential other trainers, and shape strategic training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of IT or clinical experience required.
• Application module certification or accreditation within 3 months of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Epic EHR training program.
• Create engaging training content and curricula.
• Deliver training sessions to learners.
• Credential other trainers and ensure Epic proficiency.
• Keep training materials up to date with Epic updates.
• Collaborate with adoption leads and training managers on training strategies.
