Job summary

Pearson Education Sales Specialist in Boston, MA remote with ~50% travel. Sell digital, print, and service solutions to 2/4-year college campuses, partnering with faculty and staff to improve access, achievement, and affordability.

You will use OneCRM for forecasting, collaborate with specialists and enterprise sales teams, deliver engaging presentations, and drive course adoption through Inclusive Access and other services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market or a related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass territory sales targets by offering course-based solutions to faculty.
• Accelerate the shift toward subscription-based materials to tackle student affordability and access challenges.
• Collaborate with specialists and account executives to implement effective program-wide or institution-wide solutions.
• Conduct back-to-school campaigns to boost student engagement.
• Collaborate with bookstores to drive sell-through.
• Track and forecast in OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Deliver technology sales presentations to faculty and technology training sessions for students.
• Work closely with Customer Success to ensure effective support for key customers.
