Job summary

Pearson seeks an Education Sales Specialist to drive digital, print, and service solutions for 2/4-year colleges. You will engage faculty through campus visits and virtual sessions, manage forecasts in Salesforce.com, and collaborate with enterprise teams to grow course adoption and Inclusive Access.

The role emphasizes travel to campuses, excellent organization, and a passion for education, with a strong incentive plan and opportunities across sales, marketing, and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market or a related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct campus visits and virtual sessions to connect with 15+ faculty daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely tracking and forecasting in Salesforce.com / OneCRM.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to drive course adoption into Inclusive Access and upsell services.
• Plan territory and adoption strategies and deliver technology sales presentations to faculty.
• Support key customers with Customer Success for ongoing satisfaction.
