Job summary

Superhuman Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the Education segment. This remote role supports colleges, universities, and K-12 institutions, partnering with Account Executives to showcase Superhuman’s AI-enabled capabilities and security posture.

You will run tailored demos, manage RFPs, and lead POCs to close deals while collaborating with security teams and cross-functional partners. Travel up to ~25% is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical pre-sales role in SaaS.
• Experience selling into education institutions (colleges, universities, or K-12).
• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts, MCP, and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects' needs and align solutions to higher education goals.
• Deliver tailored demos for Education audiences.
• Lead POCs to prove value and accelerate deals.
• Coordinate with Security/IT to address technical requirements.
• Present credible executive-level conversations and value stories.
