Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support the execution of education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences and driving automation to increase efficiency. You will manage workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates, review candidate attempts, and respond to customer inquiries across education programs.

You will also coordinate training contracts with Finance and Legal and lead program logistics and SOP

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in related roles.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar.

Responsibilities

Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
Review and manage candidate flagged attempts.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding education programs.
Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal.
Run program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions.
Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and reduce manual work.
Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team and stakeholders.
Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
