You will collaborate with Finance and Legal, manage logistics, and lead initiatives including AI-powered automation to scale operations. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in education programs or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Experience with Skilljar and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
• Review and manage flagged candidate attempts for education programs.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding education programs in a timely fashion.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal to refine processes.
• Manage program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate trainings, workshops, and webinars.
• Own projects and process improvements, including AI-driven automation to reduce manual work.
• Track action items, schedules, and timelines for the team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
