Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support education program execution and streamline processes. You will manage scheduling, LMS updates, and contract execution with Finance and Legal, while driving automation and AI-driven improvements across internal systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives and ongoing program enhancements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in education programs or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
• Review and manage flagged candidate attempts.
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries related to education programs.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal.
• Run program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale manual work.
• Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
