Job summary

Renaissance is hiring an Account Manager II to drive revenue in the remote Central & Midwest United States. You will manage opportunities, lead cross-functional collaboration, and expand relationships across the education sector.

Responsibilities include consultative selling, closing deals, and deep knowledge of K-12 education workflows, with travel for customer engagements and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with prior sales experience.
• Proficient with collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams).
• Familiar with CRMs and other sales technology (Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Knowledge of education customers, their organizational structures, and leadership personas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business, cross/up-sell and renewal opportunities; grow book of business to exceed revenue goals.
• Lead consultative solution selling across the account team and partners to develop winning solutions.
• Close deals by aligning solutions to customer needs and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of K-12 education space and customer workflows for decision-making.
• Build credibility through expertise across offerings and market insights.
