Job summary

Renaissance is seeking an Account Manager II to drive revenue in a remote U.S. territory. You will manage opportunities, upsell and renew, while collaborating with Customer Success and the Account Executive team to expand the book of business.

The role requires 4+ years in sales, strong communication, and knowledge of education clients, with proficient use of Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with prior experience in sales.
• Proficient in collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
• Familiarity with CRMs and other sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Knowledge of education customers, their organizational structures, and leadership personas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business, cross/up-sell and renew opportunities proactively.
• Lead across the account team to develop winning solutions bringing value to customer and Renaissance.
• Close business with cross-functional collaboration to maximize opportunity value.
• Possess deep knowledge of K-12 education space and district purchasing processes.
• Demonstrate credibility through expertise and market insights to position Renaissance as a partner.
