Job summary

Zen Educate Inc. is seeking a driven sales professional to join our ed-tech team. In this fully remote role (US-based, Texas preferred), you will own the full sales cycle from outbound outreach to closing deals with charter schools and districts.

You’ll collaborate with the School Success team to onboard new schools, travel for conferences as needed, and contribute to a growing startup that values impact, equity, and diverse perspectives. Training is provided, and equity compensation is included.

Qualifications

• Desire to start a sales career in tech.

• Experience in education or selling to K-12 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Zen’s service offerings to charter and district leaders in your assigned territory.
• Own the full cycle sales process: outbound calls, pipeline generation, demos, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the School Success team to onboard new charter schools and districts.
• Work with school success, ops, and tech teams to improve value delivery to schools.
• Occasionally travel to US states for conferences, events, and school meetings.
• Adapt to the dynamic startup environment and drive results.
