Job summary

Wiley, the global publisher behind zyBooks, seeks an Account Executive to drive sales, nurture leads, and manage customer relationships at higher education institutions in the US. The role is remote and covers 50-100 accounts, with responsibilities across selling, service, training, and support.

You will work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a long-standing science and learning company, collaborating with teams to position our course products and grow renewals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required or equivalent.
• 3-4 years in related field sales, EdTech sales a plus.
• Experience presenting and demonstrating technology products/services.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-growth new business sales and market share in the territory.
• Retain and grow renewals revenue and nurture established accounts across the curriculum.
• Develop sales processes and communicate them across the region.
• Plan and execute territory call plans to optimize daily/weekly contact metrics.
• Develop thorough account plans for strategic customers.
• Use Salesforce to manage relationships and forecast pipeline.
• Articulate our story and product knowledge to customers.
• Collaborate within the team to support company culture.
