Job summary

KLDiscovery, Inc. seeks an eDiscovery Project Manager to serve as the primary client contact from initiation to closeout, ensuring projects meet timelines, scope, and budget while aligning with company objectives.

The role involves coordinating with lawyers, engineers, and litigation support staff globally, applying strong PM discipline, Relativity knowledge, and data governance best practices, including after-hours work and regional travel.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years eDiscovery project management in a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to lead multiple eDiscovery projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and teams.
• Solid understanding of the EDRM stages and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects.
• Act as the primary contact for clients ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Provide guidance to clients and internal teams to support strategic decisions and long-term relationships.
• Apply eDiscovery knowledge to achieve efficient, defensible, and client-focused outcomes.
• Forecast revenue and invoicing; collaborate with sales to scope projects effectively.
• Produce project-specific reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project meetings and internal communications to ensure timely completion.
