Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management within law firms, corporate legal, or eDiscovery service providers.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong oral and written communication with leadership presence.
• Ability to manage client expectations and adapt capabilities to meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the service delivery relationship with key client representatives.
• Drive client satisfaction through coordination and communication of deliverables.
• Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by senior PM or director.
• Ensure requirements are met with high quality and accuracy; communicate with client and internal teams.
• Provide proactive client updates and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date project status records and documentation.
• Lead and influence clients and internal partners to achieve project objectives.
